The thrust-to-weight ratio of aerospace engines is closely related to the operating temperature of its hot-end components.The use of afterburner can greatly improve the performance of the engine.Due to the continuous improvement of aviation requirements,domestic and foreign aircraft are proposed to use new high-temperature resistant fiber for hot end parts.Reinforced Ceramic Matrix Composites(CMC)and cooling structures(film pore cooling).At present,conventional machining and classical special processing cannot meet the secondary processing requirements of precision and low damage of SiC_f/SiC composites.In this paper,the method of water-guided laser processing is proposed.The high-quality processing of SiC_f/SiC composites is carried out by using laser high-efficiency erosion and rapid cooling,scouring and protection of processed materials.Firstly,the laser and water coupling device and adjusting device are designed and analyzed by COMSOL simulation software.The velocity and pressure distribution of the coupled cavity flow field are analyzed.Based on this,a set of coupling light path,water supply system and processing platform are built.Water-guided laser processing system.After the processing system was set up,the system was debugged.The coupling module was debugged and the coupling quality was tested.The judgment basis of the stable water beam was proposed and the causes of the coupling failure were analyzed.Then the simulation of the water-guided laser material etching process of SiC_f/SiC composites was carried out.The structural characteristics and thermal properties of SiC_f/SiC composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and laser thermal conductivity meter.Based on the simplified hypothesis and boundary condition setting,the finite element simulation model based on Fourier's law is established.The life and death unit technology of ANSYS software is used to simulate the material removal process,and the processing morphology is studied.During the formation process,the correctness of the simulation model was verified by actual cutting and multi-point machining.In the end,the SiC_f/SiC composites were studied by water-guided laser processing from the aspects of grooving and punching.The influence of different process parameters on the processing results was summarized in the grooving process,and multi-channel widening was proposed.The trajectory of the trajectory was analyzed,and the processing effects under different line widths were analyzed.Then,the cutting experiment of SiC_f/SiC composites was carried out by using multiple trajectories,and the quality of the section processing was analyzed.The water-guided laser drilling of SiC_f/SiC composites was studied experimentally from the aspects of machining trajectory and laser power.In this paper,a high-coupling water-hydraulic laser processing system with nanosecond green light as laser source is built.The process of removing SiC_f/SiC composite water-guided laser material is studied by simulation analysis and experimental research.The SiC_f/SiC composite water-guided laser is explored.The cutting and punching process has important guiding significance for the efficient and precise machining of SiC_f/SiC composites.
