In recent years,with the rapid development of society,the amount of sewage treatment has increased significantly.Activated sludge method is widely used in the field of sewage treatment due to its own good treatment effect,convenient operation and maintenance,and the activated sludge production is significantly increased.Reduction as the primary requirement for sludge treatment is also the main solution direction for sludge treatment today.Compared with the traditional sludge reduction method,the membrane bioreactor(MBR)has the advantages of easy maintenance,low sludge load,high biomass and high rejection,and has great potential in the field of sludge treatment.At the same time,energy uncoupling combined with high MBR retention rate and high biological advantage is a promising sludge reduction treatment.However,whether energy decoupling can effectively achieve membrane fouling control has not been studied at home and abroad.This topic creatively uses 3,3’,4’,5-tetrachlorosalicylide(3,3’,4’,5-Tetrachlorosalicylanilide(TCS),combined with gravity flow MBR(GDMBR)to carry out TCS regulation of membrane fouling and strengthen its sludge treatment efficiency research.This project constructed TCS-GDMBR to investigate the effect of sludge reduction and the impact on water quality.The results showed that the GDMBR effluent quality of TCS was not significantly affected: the COD removal rate was stable at 84%,which had little effect on the treatment of organic matter.Although the denitrification effect was affected to some extent,the effluent quality was still consistent with the urban miscellaneous water.Water quality standard(GB/T18920-2002),the degree of resource recovery is high;at the same time,using TCS,energy uncoupling-GDMBR makes the sludge mixed liquor microbial metabolism uncoupling,greatly reducing sludge biomass and sludge concentration And sludge yield,can play a good sludge reduction effect.Secondly,the subject study to understand the effect of the coupling agent TCS on the sludge mixture.The results show that TCS can significantly affect the sludge morphology and make the sludge show a fine and uniform loose state.At the same time,TCS will promote the release of dissolved microbial products(SMP)in the sludge mixture.However,the microbial extracellular polymer(EPS)experienced a trend of rising first and then decreasing,and eventually it decreased sharply.This indicates that the addition of TCS can inhibit the secretion of EPS,which is also the particle size reduction and membrane fouling of sludge.One of the main reasons for the relief.In addition,this paper discusses the energy uncoupling-GDMBR effluent flux,filter cake properties and membrane fouling mechanism.The results showed that the TCS dosage increased the flux of GDMBR by nearly 1 time,significantly reduced the membrane resistance,and the membrane resistance and the reversible resistance accounted for a high proportion of membrane resistance,and the membrane fouling was stronger.This phenomenon is mainly due to the fact that TCS significantly reduces the secretion of EPS in the sludge mixture and filter cake layer,resulting in a significant reduction in EPS adhesion of the filter cake layer,reducing the thickness of the filter cake layer on the surface of the membrane,and preventing the accumulation of EPS on the membrane surface.Block the membrane pores.However,the addition of TCS will increase the GDMBR flux cycle and there will be significant fluctuations during the operation.This is because the addition of TCS affects the growth of microorganisms in the sludge mixture,sludge mixture and filtration.The ATP content in the cake layer is greatly reduced,thereby weakening the biological function of the biofilter cake layer.In summary,the addition of TCS in GDMBR can effectively realize sludge reduction without affecting the quality of effluent water,and at the same time,the regulation of EPS secretion and filter cake properties of sludge mixture in GDMBR can be realized by TCS.Significantly alleviate membrane fouling and increase effluent flux.
