With the development of the economy, the potato starch industry has increased its production capacity, and it has also produced a large number of by-products.These by-products have become a source of pollution for the potato starch industry because they have not been effectively treated. The long-term and large-scale irrational use of chemical pesticides has caused serious problems.Firstly, the use of chemical pesticides has caused serious pollution and damage to the agricultural ecological environment. At the same time,it has also caused excessive harmful substances in agricultural products, resulting in trouble in safety of agricultural products.Bio-pesticide can overcome the problems of pesticide residues, drug resistance, and ecological environment damage caused by long-term use of chemical pesticides.Biocontrol microorganism can secrete cellulase. In this study,it can be used for the full decomposition and utilization of the by-products of the potato starch industry. Therefore, this study hopes to combine the two with the waste potato potato juice water as the medium for the biological control microorganism, such as Trichoderma harzianum,Chaetomium globosporum,Trichoderma oxysporum, and Streptomyces, and obtain a large number of biocontrol microorganism for biological control while treating waste. In addition,a large amount of crude enzyme solution containing cellulase can be obtained by fermentation, and the cost of producing cellulase can be greatly reduced due to the price advantage of the raw material of the medium. The research results obtained in this study mainly include the following aspects:In this experiment, the highly efficient cellulose-degrading strains LCPA 4-48,LCPA 3-52,LCPA 3-29,and LCPA 3-55 were screened from the soil, complex with the biocontrol fungus,Trichoderma harzianum,Chaetomium globosporum and Trichoderma oxysporum, which was preserved in the laboratory.,to make a co-culture system. Then ues the potato starch industrial by-product as substrate for fermentation, and the final co-culture system is determined by the enzyme production from fermentation. The co-culture system was finally determined to be LCPA 3-55,Trichoderma harzianum and Chaetomium. Then, optimized the fermentation conditions of the co-culture system. The results of the confrontation experiment with the three strains of biocontrol bacteria showed noobvious antagonistic effect, and the co-culture system could be constructed. Then, according to the activity of the enzyme,LCPA 3-55,Trichoderma harzianum and Chaetomium globosporum were selected for compound fermentation. After single factor optimization experiments, the optimal conditions for each condition were obtained, that is,the cellulase activity reached the maximum at 28 °C,pH 6.5,dilution of 40%,and addition of 20 mg/mL cellobiose 8 ?L.According to the single factor experiment results, the orthogonal experiment was designed to obtain the optimal combination of 28 °C,pH6.5,60% dilution, and 8 ?L of 20 mg/mL cellobiose.
