With the continuous development of global industrial technology,problems such as shortage of resources have become increasingly serious.Biomass resources such as straw have become an available resource of concern to all countries in the world due to their rich content and recyclability.However,straw contains complex natural resistant structures.It makes it difficult to use.In this study,a biomimetic enzyme was used as a treatment agent to treat and destroy the complex structure of lignocellulose,and a good system for treating lignocellulose by biomimetic enzyme was established.For the first time,the conversion of cellulose to reducing sugars is catalyzed by a combination of biomimetic enzyme treatment and ionic liquids as a solvent.The influencing factors(biomimetic enzyme dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time)of the reaction were investigated,and the optimal reaction conditions were determined.The yield of reducing sugar could be 95.89%,and subsequently the cellulose was completely degraded.With cellulase treatment,the yield of glucose can reach 54.7%.Secondly,the study on the removal of lignin from straw by NMMO/alkaline system was carried out,and the effect of the amount of biomimetic enzyme,reaction time and reaction temperature on the removal of lignin in raw materials was investigated.The results showed that the lignin content decreased to 8.62% and the lignin removal rate was 53%.Thirdly,the modified hydrophobic oil-absorbing materials were successfully prepared by using enzyme-pretreatment method with straw as raw material.The materials before and after pretreatment were characterized by SEM,XRD and FT-IR.Compared with the modified material pretreated by NaOH,the modified hydrophobic oil-absorbing material pretreated by biomimetic enzyme has good oil absorption effect,and the maximum oil absorption is 17.078g/g.Finally,a nanocellulose was successfully prepared by the combination of acid-base pretreatment and enzyme-like treatment for the first time.The results showed that the yield of nanocellulose was 61.21%.The SEM,XRD and FT-IR were used to characterize the raw materials and nanocellulose.The results showed that nanocellulose still had the basic structure of cellulose.
