Nanomaterials have special physical and chemical properties,which make them show great application potential in the fields of biological medicine such as antimicrobial materials,drug carriers and biosensors.This study focused on the application of single-walled carbon nanohorns?SWCNHs?in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.In this work,We functionalized single-walled carbon nanohorns?SWCNHs?,and a new type of carbon nanocomposite PtNPs-SWCNHs was synthesized.Immobilized antibody on the surface of electrode which was decorated by PtNPs-SWCNHs.The specific binding reaction between antigens and corresponding antibodies was used to realize the electrochemical analysis and detection of MCP-1.The microstructure and composition of nanocomposites were studied by means of SEM,TEM,EDS and XPS.The electrochemical properties of nanocomposites,the construction of biosensor and the detection of disease marker were studied by cyclic voltammetry and i-t curve analysis.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the electrochemical response value of the immunosensor showed a good linear relationship with the MCP-1 sample whose concentration ranged from 0.06 pg mL-11 to 450 pg mL-1,and the minimum detection limit was 0.02pg mL-1?S/N=3?.The electrochemical biosensor showed the advantages of simple preparation,high sensitivity and good selectivity,indicating that it has a potential application prospect in the detection of early markers of atherosclerosis.
