Beam blanks have become more and more important targets at home and abroad due to their unique cross-sectional shape and cost reduction.There are many quality defects on the surface of the blank,such as surface cracks and irregular vibration marks,pores and so on.The role of the mold in the continuous casting process is crucial,and it is called the "heart" of the continuous casting machine.The difference in the vibration mode of the mold is related to whether the casting blank is unsmooth,and there are fewer accidents such as leakage.Practice has proved that the use of non-sinusoidal vibration mode can improve production and reduce steel leakage accidents than sinusoidal vibration and other methods.In this paper,the influence of different vibration parameters of the mold on the friction force is studied.The lubrication effect between the mold and the slab has a direct relationship with the surface quality of the parison.Therefore,this paper uses ANSYS finite element analysis software and VB software to calculate and analyze the friction force,and lists the factors affecting the friction between the slab and the mold.In this paper,the defective blanks were cut,sampled and ground,and then the crack propagation direction in the microscopic state was observed under the Leica metallographic microscope.In order to verify the experimental results,the polymorphic model was established using MATLAB software.The ABAQUS software established a crack model to simulate the crack propagation under the load of friction and other loads.The expansion and propagation direction of the crack at different times were observed.Studies have shown that the addition of friction accelerates the crack propagation,and the transverse cracks are inconsistent with the longitudinal crack propagation direction.Figure 54;Table 4;Reference 61.
