In the problems of high viscosity of steel slag and the difficulty of mixing tempered and tempered components during on-line reconstruction,CaF2 and CaSO4 were used as mineralizers,CaCO3 and Na2CO3 were used as homogenous materials,the effect of mineralizer and homogenizing material on the cementitious activity and volume stability of reconstructed steel slag was investigated.The experiment of high temperature reconstruction was used to simulate the actual process of steel slag reconstruction,which provides reference value.The GRNN neural network model was established to facilitate different chemical compositions.The volume stability and cementitious activity index of reconstructed steel slag were measured and analyzed by EDTA chemical titration,compressive strength test,SEM,XRD,mineral phase test and EDS.The results show that because CaF2 belongs to the outer oxide of the network,it can destroy the network structure of silicate,reduce the viscosity of the reconstructed steel slag.SO3 decomposed from 2C2S·CaSO4 at nearly 1400?,the amount of liquid phase in the system is increased,the viscosity is reduced.CaCO3 is an endothermic reaction,which hinders the reaction of CaO,the residual f-CaO content is high,so the volume stability is poor.Na2CO3 is decomposed to form Na2O,the Na2O belongs to the external network oxide,which can destroy the network structure of silicate,reduce the viscosity of the reconstructed steel slag.It was found that the performance of steel slag obtained by high temperature reconstruction was better than that of original steel slag,but the performance of low aluminum reconstructed steel slag and high aluminum reconstructed steel slag need to be further improved compared with the original steel slag.Construction of proportioning calculation for reconstructed steel slag The GRNN neural network model is close to the experimental results,and the GRNN neural network model of steel slag reconstruction has a certain universality within the limits of error.Figure 51;Table 19;Reference 81.
