Objectives The objectives of this study were to prepare the Questionnaire on Grassroots Leaderships' Competency and construct a grassroots management competency model.Methods After literature review and literature analysis,the project was collected using strategic culture deductive method,job function analysis method,behavioral event interview method,investigation method and expert verification method.290 initial questionnaires were analyzed and explored by SPSS24.0.Sex factors were analyzed and the initial model of competency was constructed.Amos 23 was used to perform confirmatory factor analysis on the constructed models of 474 questionnaires,and finally the established grassroots leadership competency model was established.Results 1 A questionnaire on grassroots leaderships' competency was compiled,and this questionnaire consisted of 22 items.The Krumbach alpha coefficient was 0.894,indicating that the competency questionnaire was very reliable.The Bartlett spherical test's chisquare value was 989.65(df=199),p<0.001,indicating the structure of the questionnaire was of good validity.2 The grassroots leadership competency model was established,which consisted of 5 factors and 22 projects.The contribution rate of cumulative variance was 54.25%.The confirmatory factor analysis was performed using Amos23.0,and the fitting index of each index was satisfactory.The x2 /df value was 4.97,and the values of GFI,NFI,TLI,and CFI were all between 0-1,and the data of each index were greater than0.80,and the fitting effect was acceptable;the values of RMR,SRMR,and RMSEA were also between 0-1.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the five-factor model reached 54.25%,and the fitting index was at an acceptable level.Therefore,the five-factor model can be judged.Conclusions Through the research,the "Foundation Leadership Competency Questionnaire" which can be used as a reference for enterprises was compiled,and finally the grassroots leadership competency model was constructed.The model consists of daily work management ability,system coordination management ability,leadership awareness ability,personality characteristics and self-management.The ability to improve was composed of five factors.Figure:4;Table:20;Reference:69.
