Organic pollutants in organic amine wastewater are high-nitrogen,low-carbon,toxic and harmful amines, which will seriously affect the treatment effect and stability of wastewater. The specific characteristics are:wide area, large flow, complex pollutants,B/C ratio is low and toxicity is strong. At present, there are few successful examples of water treatment for high-concentration organic amine waste in China, and the method cannot be widely applied to other kinds of organic amine wastewater.Based on three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation technology,a carbon@ceramic three-dimensional particle electrode was prepared, and the degradation conditions of simulated wastewater of TPAOH were investigated.A medium-sized experimental device was also applied to the application of industrial wastewater TPAOH.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the rich pore structure of activated carbon and certain electrocatalytic activity, based on cheap coal-based activated carbon.Based on the thermal stability, chemical stability and insulation of ceramic materials, the kaolin is widely used as a wrapping material.Taking the common transition metals Zn,Cu,Ni and Ce as active components The carbon-ceramic three-dimensional particle electrode was prepared by the solid phase roasting method. The particle electrode preparation process is simple, the price is low,and easy to achieve industrial production. The optimal preparation conditions were investigated by electrocatalytic oxidation experiments, and the electrode activityoftheparticleswasexamined.SEM,XRD,N2adsorption-desorption instrument and Fourier infrared spectroscopy analyzer were applied to observation of surface characteristics of particle electrode.(2)The three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation system Contained carbon@ceramic three-dimensional particle electrode was used to degrade the simulated wastewater of TPAOH.The orthogonal experiment was carried out,and the influence of process parameters on the degradation efficiency was systematically investigated. The kinetics of the degradation process was coupled. It was found that the degradation process of the pollutant substrate accorded with the first-order kinetics.(3)A medium-sized experimental device was designed and manufactured and applied to industrial wastewater with TPAOH treatment. The process of rectification-electrocatalytic oxidation-ozone combination is used to degrade wastewater by laboratory experiments. The pilot experiment found that the treatment effect was best when the voltage was 15V,the plate spacing was 6cm,the conductivity was5ms/cm,and the pH was 7.The practical application feasibility of three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation was verified.
