Nowadays,all kinds of science and technology are developing rapidly.Material Federation and Internet technology make life fast and people can get a lot of information at home;advanced sensor technology makes data measurement more accurate in industry,agriculture,construction and other industries;gradually improved automation technology can complete complex work quickly and accurately.These advances in science and technology have facilitated people's lives and improved the efficiency of work.Traditional warehouse volume measurement and bulk volume measurement adopt manual measurement method with lower accuracy and larger error,which consumes a lot of human and material resources.Not only inefficient,but also invisibly increases costs.The measurement of grain volume and bulk coal pile volume in warehouse has been developing towards automatic measurement.Various methods of volume measurement have been developed,including three-dimensional laser scanning ranging,three-dimensional modeling,Multi-Vision technology and image processing technology,and ultrasonic ranging technology.In this paper,the volume measurement of raw material clinker in cement plant is also realized by automation.The technology and processing method are three-dimensional laser scanning technology used in bulk measurement of granary,generating point cloud and three-dimensional modeling to obtain volume.But in the application of cement plant,it has pertinence,particularity and harsh conditions,so this paper needs to overcome a few difficulties:1.The clinker warehouse of cement plant has a high ambient temperature,how to solves the problem of equipment working in high temperature working environment.2.There is more dust in the warehouse of cement plant.How to avoid the influence of dust.3.How to quickly collect the data set of material surface in warehouse,and ensure the accuracy of the data,shorten the working time.Firstly,this paper introduces several volume measurement techniques,including linear array CCD camera technology,binocular multi-vision technology,ultrasonic ranging and positioning technology,etc.Then a method of measuring the volume of material in a special cylindrical cement warehouse based on three-dimensional laser scanning technology is proposed,and a good automatic volume measurement terminal system is designed.The system installs three liftable laser ranging platforms symmetrically on the top of a cylindricalwarehouse.The distance between the platforms and the material surface points is measured by the horizontal and vertical scanning of the laser ranging sensor.At the same time,the horizontal and vertical offset angles are measured by the angle measuring module.Finally,the three-dimensional coordinates of each point are obtained by coordinate transformation,and the three-dimensional surface is obtained by fitting method.The volume is calculated by means of value integral.In addition,precision mechanical structure is designed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment;high Quality hardware is selected,STM32 industrial controller,high-precision stepping motor,angle sensor and laser ranging sensor are adopted;good control program is developed to make the equipment work steadily;stable network communication module is adopted to ensure the fast and accurate data transmission.Finally calculate accurately on the server.The measurement accuracy of the system is more than 90%,which meets the actual needs of cement enterprises.
