With the development of industry,environmental pollution has become one of the most serious problems.Therefore,it is crucial to study the quick,sensitive and low-cost detection methods for pollutants in environment.Differential pulse andic stripping voltammetry?DPASV?is a kind of electrochemical analysis method which has the characteristics of high sensitivity and fast detection.Electrochemical luminescence?ECL?analysis has the advantages of good reproducibility,low background,fast detection.ECL analysis is widely used in biological analysis,drug analysis,environmental analysis,etc.Metallic organic framework?MOFs?have the advantages of uniform pore structure and high surface area.MOFs are widely used in adsorption,catalysis,electrochemistry and other research fields.Bio-MOF-1 is a kind of MOFs material with Zn2+as the metal basic,adenine and 4,4?-biphenyldicarbox acid as organic ligands.In this paper,Bio-MOF-1 modified electrode has applied to ECL analysis.The experimental results show that[Ru?bpy?3]2+@Bio-MOF-1 modified electrode can generate ECL luminescence in electrochemical process.This method has the characteristics of high luminescence intensity and good stability.The analytical method can be applied to the detection of various substances,including triethylamine?TEA?,tripropylamine?TPrA?,N,N-dibutyl ethanolamine?DBAE?,etc.In order to improve the selectivity of quantitative analysis of dopamine,indirect analysis was used to detect the concentration of dopamine.The inhibition effect of dopamine on[Ru?bpy?3]2+/DBAE ECL system was determined,then a linear relationship between inhibition and concentration has been established.The liner range of DA in this analysis method is 1.0×10-10 M-1.0×10-3 M,and the limit of detection is 2.0×10-11 M?S/N=3?.Compared to traditional analytical methods,this method has various advantages such as simple electrode preparation,quick response,high reproducibility?RSD<4.0%?,low limit of detection(LOD=2.0×10-11 mol/L).All these show that it will be a potential ECL detection method for DA.Covalent organic frameworks?COFs?is a new kind of porous material with low density,high surface area and abundant active functional groups.TpPa-1,a kind of covalent organic frameworks,has used as electrode material to prepare chemically modified electrode.TpPa-1/Nafion modified electrode has been applied to determinate Cu2+and Hg2+simultaneously by DPASV.The electrode can detect copper and mercury ions simultaneously in PBS solution.The experiments showed the linear range of concentration for Cu2+and Hg2+are 1.0×10-75.0×10-5mol/L?R2=0.9975?and 2.0×10-81.0×10-44 mol/L?R2=0.9988?,respectively.And the limit of detection was 5.0×10-88 mol/L and 1.0×10-88 mol/L for Cu2+and Hg2+,respectively.The practical samples were tested by this method,the recovery was99.7103.2%,and the RSD was less than 4.0%.To sum up,this paper reported a highly efficient and sensitive method for simultaneous detection of copper and mercury,which has the advantages of simple and green material preparation,fast instrument operation and rapid detection.
