In consideration of the increasingly strict national control standards over the discharge of environmental pollutants,the running status and economic efficiency of environmental protection facilities in thermal power plants becomes very important.On the one hand,it affects the achievement of environmental performance and at the same time it has a direct impact on the economic benefits of pollution control enterprises.This paper studies how expert system plays a role in the operation of environmental protection facilities.Based on advanced technologies such as Supervisory Information System(SIS),cloud computing technology,big data technology,database technology,data mining technology,expert system technology,neural network technology,and so on,this expert system mainly adopts B/S structure while some performance-sensitive functions are implemented under C/S structure.Programming languages including C#,Java are used in the system development and real-time database SQL Server+EffortReal are selected to form a database platform.This expert system can collect,process and analyze operational data of environmental protection facilities to form optimal operation instructions before sending them to operators.With this expert system,staff can have a thorough understanding of the current performance of the environmental protection system,getting the general picture of the standardized emission rate and safety of the environmental protection system as well as the overall economy of the unit at any time,on any network workstation or on the mobile APP.The fault diagnosis and early warning of important environmental protection equipment is known in advance and real-time,closed-loop management of the whole process including identifying,analyzing and solving problems is realized.Effective guidance from the perspective of software contributes to improve the safety and economy of the entire environmental protection system.At the same time,the operating conditions of the system are divided,and the best operation experience is obtained by comparing the indexes of the same facilities of the same or different process conditions with the design indexes under the same working conditions.The expert knowledge base is formed.By mining the massive and complete data,the neural network model is established,and the new relational relationship is found.Under the same working condition,when the expert knowledge base differs from the actual operation mode,the system provides some suggestions for adjustment.Under the guidance of the system,the operators will achieve technological progress,create new best practices,and learn from the system again and again.After repeated iterations,the system will fully absorb the advanced operating experience of the operators,making the system more safe and environmentally friendly.More economical.The use of the system will promote the progress of pollution control technology and improve the competitive advantage of environmental protection enterprises.
