"The people regard food as the heaven,rice as the first" and rice as the country's largest staple food,ensuring that rice's high quality,efficient,ecological,and safe production can not only increase farmers'income,promote economic development,maintain social stability,but also improve life.To adapt to the market and ensure food security play an important role,however,with the economic and social development,the ecological environment is seriously polluted,and the heavy metal cadmium pollution in farmland exceeds the standard.Research on the scientific and rational treatment of heavy metal pollution in soil is crucial to reduce plant heavy metal accumulation.Due to the importance of organic fertilizers in the treatment of heavy metal pollution,the researchers used rice II You 498 as the material and set 3 organic fertilizer application levels(0.0214 ml·kg-1,0.214 ml·kg-1,2.14 ml·kg-1)and three cadmium contamination levels(10mg·kg-1,20mg·kg-1,and 30mg·kg-1)to analyze the accumulation and distribution of cadmium in different organs at different growth stages of cadmium-contaminated rice at different application levels of organic manure The influence of rice growth and development indicators,soil enzyme activity,and the feasibility of using organic fertilizers to grow cadmium-contaminated soil and reduce cadmium accumulation provide research ideas and technical support for safe rice production.The main results of this experiment are as follows::1.Under cadmium pollution,the heights of all treatments of rice were increased with the increase of organic fertilizer application amount,and the best effect was obtained when the application amount of organic fertilizer was 30ml,and the organic fertilizer application amount of each treatment under organic fertilizer application was lower than the corresponding organic fertilizer application.The application amount group:low concentration of cadmium pollution increased by 31%,medium concentration of cadmium pollution increased by 41%,and high concentration of cadmium pollution increased by 30%;each treatment was increased by 34%,36%,and 34%relative to CK,respectively.The application of liquid organic fertilizer can significantly increase the dry matter quality of rice stems and leaves.The organic fertilizer application amount under organic fertilizer application was corresponding to its corresponding low organic fertilizer application amount group:low concentration of cadmium pollution increased by 42.25%,and intermediate concentration of cadmium pollution increased by 65.45%.The high concentration of cadmium pollution increased by 56.35%.The interaction between liquid organic fertilizer and cadmium pollution had no significant effect on 1000-grain weight and seed setting rate.Liquid organic fertilizer had a significant effect on rice yield,and the effect of high organic fertilizer application was most obvious.The increase range of organic fertilizers from low to high application rates was:low concentration of cadmium pollution of 93%-404%,medium concentration of cadmium pollution of 51%-192%,and high concentration of cadmium pollution of 66%-200%.2.Under cadmium pollution,with the increase of organic fertilizer application,the SPAD value of rice increased,and the application of high organic fertilizer application amount under the low cadmium concentration can significantly increase the SPAD value of rice,and the promotion rate was 2.3%-34.5%.3.Under the interaction effect of cadmium pollution and organic manure,the activities of soil sucrase,catalase and urease increased with the increase of organic manure application amount.High organic manure application amount could significantly increase rice soil enzyme activity.With the application of liquid organic fertilizer,the highest increase rates of soil sucrase,catalase and urease activities were:142%,79%,and 154%,respectively.4.Under the interaction effect of cadmium pollution and liquid organic fertilizer,with the increase of the application amount of liquid organic fertilizer,heavy metal content in various organs of rice at the same growth stage under the same cadmium pollution concentration was reduced,and the cadmium uptake of rice in each part showed root>stem,leaf>grain.This paper reveals the changes of growth and development index of rice at different growth stages using liquid organic fertilizer under heavy metal cadmium pollution,and the changes of soil catalase,urease and sucrase activity,and the accumulation of heavy metal cadmium in rice.By studying the relationship between heavy metal cadmium and organic manure in soil,it is clarified that the application of high liquid organic fertilizer has great influence on rice growth and development,enzyme activity,and cadmium accumulation in various organs.Applying liquid organic fertilizer can significantly improve the environmental quality of heavy metal contaminated soil.Improve the enzyme activity of rhizosphere soil,promote the growth and development of rice and photosynthesis,and reduce the amount of cadmium accumulation.Based on the results of comprehensive research,applying organic manure can improve soil cadmium stress and provide research ideas for the treatment of heavy metal pollution in soil.
