For enterprises,to communicate effectively between managers,between managers and employees,and between employees and employees,it is necessary to build effective communication mechanism within the firm.With the development of science and technology and the progress of society,the environment companies face is also undergoing complex changes,in this environment,new requirements and higher evaluation standards have been put forward for the accuracy and transparency of information transmission within the company,enterprises want to be invincible in the fierce industry competition,it must make more efforts in the soft power of enterprises.therefore,whether the internal communication management mechanism of an enterprise is perfect or not is very important for the future operation and development of the enterprise.L Tobacco Companies is a state-owned enterprise,mainly engaged in cigarette procurement,warehousing,distribution,tobacco monopoly retail license management,inspection management and retail monopoly,there are 216 employees.With the gradual development of enterprises,and affected by the social environment such as the reform of state-owned enterprises,the original internal communication mechanism hinders the normal development of the enterprise,faced with more challenges.In order to occupy a more important position in the future market,solve the problems of internal communication.it is necessary to establish an effective communication mechanism to improve the management efficiency of enterprises.This thesis analyzes the internal communication management status of L Tobacco Company,analyze the problems existing in the internal communication management of L Tobacco Company,Found that L Obacco Company internal communication part of the communication information timeliness is not strong,communication information transparency is not high,information transmission is missing,it is necessary to formulate countermeasures and Suggestions for the problems in the internal communication management of L tobacco company,using the theory of internal communication management mechanism,through the analysis of the causes of L tobacco companies' s internal communication management problems,formulate the internal communication management mechanism countermeasures of L Tobacco Company,and further put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions for problems existing in the internal communication management of L tobacco company,in order to help L tobacco companies to enhance the level of internal communication management,improve the efficiency of management.
