Toy manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province is large-scale and highly competitive.Raw material prices rise,more and more technical barriers to trade,labor costs increase and so on,these operating environments change make toy manufacturing industry worse.Lean Production Management would be one effective way to reverse the current situation in the toy industry.Case sutdy is the main method used in this thesis.This thesis first introduces the related theory of lean production system and concept,research situation at home and abroad,and the research methods applied in the process of thesis writing.Then this paper expounds the current domestic toy manufacturing industry status and challenge.Secondly,this paper introduces the current situation and problems of M company,based on the production technology,production line process layout,quality management,production planning,etc.Then introduces the lean production management process in M company,how to carry out the lean project plan design,how to implement the lean solution.Again shows the results after implementing lean management by detailed data,including the improvement of production quality,the decrease of production cost and the increase of production efficiency.Finally summarizes the experience and lessons of M company in the process of implementing lean management way,and lists some items should be paid attention in implementing lean manufacturing management.In order to solve existing problems,many domestic enterprises have begun to learn and apply lean production methods to manage the enterprise.M company is very early to implement lean production management among domestic toy companies,and has achieved remarkable results,this thesis intends to study lean production management in company M,summarizes the experience and lessons M company learned during the implementation period.At last,hope this thesis can provide reference for China’s toy manufacturers to implement lean production management in the current grim market environment.
