By taking certain a rubber vibration-reduction spring as the research object,the research on simulation analysis is carried out on the vulcanizing process of rubber products.It is deeply discussed on the heat transfer type and the best vulcanizing time during the vulcanizing process.The material parameter model required by simulation is confirmed,the test method and principle of rubber material are discussed,and data measurement and parameter fitting are done by taking certain rubber formula as the research object.By the application of simulation technology,each process index for the vulcanizing process is optimized,so as to determine a reasonable process parameter optimization proposal,and the proposal is tested and validated.It is indicated by results that the research method has high simulation precision and can meet the requirements of engineering application.It introduces four heat transfer types in vulca nizing process of rubber products: heat conduction,heat convection,heat radiation and contact heat transfer,forms respectively the mathematical expresses of the four heat transfer types,analyzes the principle and advantages & disadvantages of determini ng the best vulcanizing time by classic theory method,and traditional experience method,and provides three dynamics equations of simulation analysis method based on Sigmasoft,thus determining the beforehand defined constant items by solving each equatio n,such as material density,specific heat,heat conductivity,vulcanizing curve,convection coefficient,radiation material surface emissivity,compound vulcanization reaction heat regeneration rate,contact conduction coefficient,etc.It introduces the test principle and method for four important material parameters such as material density,specific heat,heat conductivity and vulcanizing characteristic curve.Certain a rubber formula is taken as the research object to carry out the testing,data treatm ent and parameter fitting for the four material parameters,thus providing the detailed datum for all material parameter referred to in the analysis.During the process of establishing the simulation analysis model for vulcanizing process of the rubber spring,each heat transfer mode is wholly considered,suitable vulcanization dynamics models are selected,and the post-vulcanizing effect after product demoulding is taken into consideration.By using the optimization proposal for the process parameters determined based on simulation technology,the feasibility and exactness of the research method is validated.It is indicated by the research that the eff ect of variable temperature vulcanization and different temperature increment speed on the formula crosslinking effect can be sufficiently considered,and is not limited by the structural form and the vulcanizing type.The post-vulcanizing effect is reason ably used,the analysis precision can fully meet the requirement of engineering application,and the research can be widely applied and generalized.
