With the expression and rapidly fierce competition in clothing,leather,and advertising industries,the demand of cutting machine equipment as a significant processing machinery is increasing in the industrial market.The motion control system of cutting machine is the key factor to determine the performance and production efficiency of the equipment.Developing the motion control system of cutting machine with three-axis linkage and fast cutting speed has important practical significance to reduce the cost of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.On the basis of analyzing and referring to the research status of cutting machine at domestic country and foreign countries,the cutting machine motion control system based on ARM microcontroller is developed.The main work is as follows:1.According to the actual functional requirements of the control system and the characteristics of embedded development,a cutting machine motion control system based on STM32F407ZGT6 microcontroller is designed.The overall design scheme of the control system and the hardware circuits of each functional module are introduced in detail.2.The common interpolation algorithm is analyzed.According to the machining characteristics of NC cutting machine,S-curve acceleration and deceleration programming algorithm is adopted,and the speed of inflection point is restrained by backward push.Finally,the interpolation scheme of cutting tool with three-axis linkage control is designed.3.The software of cutting machine motion control system is developed,including main function and communication processing function,working file analysis function,cutting function,tool rotation function and manual debugging function.The human-machine interaction is realized,the man-machine interface is designed,and the whole function of the system is debugged.Finally,the research contents are summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of the system are analyzed,and the future improvement direction of the cutting machine motion control system is prospected.
