The reactive fluorescence sensors,with their high selectivity and high sensitivity in biological detection,will have a great development in the future.With the continuous efforts of many researchers,the reactive fluorescent sensors will be more widely used in practical application.In this article,three fluorescent sensors were synthesized and one of them was applied sucessfully to cell imagingIn the chapter 2,a new Aza-BODIPY-based fluorescence sensor a with red-emission for selective detection of HCIO was synthesized and characterized using 1HNMR,IR,and ESI-MS.The sensor demonstrated a fast,red fluorescence response in detection of HCIO.The sensing mechanism originated from the C=N bond cleavage by HClO which results in formation of a fluorescent Aza-B ODIP Y aldehyde The sensor showed low toxicity to living cells and the fluorescence imaging experiments in living RAW264.7 cells showed intracellular red fluorescence developed when NaCIO and PM A were incubated with the probe,suggesting its potential application for the detection of exogenous and endogenous HCIO in living cellsIn the chapter 3,with the coumarin as the fluorophore,a new fluorescence sensor b for selective detection of mercapto amino acid was obtained.The sensor was high selectivity and strong anti-interference.The detection limit of three amino acids for Cys,Hcy and GSH was 2.56×1066M,4.63×10-7M and 9.76×10-7M,respectively.The sensor structure was characterized by NMR and ESI-MS.The detection mechanism was the Michael addition reaction of nitroolefin and mercapto amino acidIn the chapter 4,a new fluorescence sensor c containing coumarin group was synthesized and characterized by 1HNMR,IR and ESI-MS.The sensor and Zn2+ was bound with 1:1.The detection limit was 1.08×10-8 M.and the association constant was 2.13×105M-1.
