Research On Project Management Of Stainless Steel Sludge Resourse Utilization

With the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for stainless steel is also increasing,but the stainless steel enterprises are facing a major problem,that is,acid washing wastewater treatment and acid washing sludge disposal.Enterprises not only have to spend a lot of money to deal with stainless steel pickling wastewater,and the resulting pickling sludge has been included in the "dangerous waste",with great harm,but also need to pay a certain amount of special treatment.Therefore,it is urgent to study the reduction and resource utilization of acid sludge.By using the theory and method of circular economy,this paper introduces some advanced technologies for sludge utilization and reduction at home and abroad.The sludge reclamation project of Ningbo Baoxin Company as a case,the combination of Ningbo city for heavy metal sludge treatment barriers,analyzes the influence factors of technology and resource utilization of the sludge management factors,explored the use of project resources exist Baoxin Company sludge treatment technology after the fall caused by increase of biomass;some technical standards and procedures exist a loophole;the management style is not reasonable.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems,the effective strategies for improving technology,managing and improving risk control are put forward.Technical implementation of the classification processing,the introduction of advanced technology and management measures;through the reform of management system,establishing a full implementation of management,the establishment of virtual team;improve the emergency plan,optimize the allocation of staff,improve staff accident handling capacity of project risk control factors.Finally,new company sludge utilization project smoothly,and achieved certain results,the optimization measures of technology and management in this paper can make on other types of enterprises with reference.
