Health food has attracted more and more attention and use from people all over the world,and the quality standard of efficacy ingredients is of vital importance to the health effect of health food.China defines health food functional components as active substances that can regulate specific physiological functions of the human body in health food and do not have adverse effects on the body.Health food should have the corresponding functional component and its minimum content.Used for the detection of domestic health food generally refer to the"Chinese Pharmacopoeia,GB,the ministry of health issued by the"health food inspection and evaluation of technical specifications"?2003?,the ministry of health public announcement,industry standards,etc.Some of these methods are not suitable for the detection of active ingredients in certain health food,or have poor suitability.Some methods are complicated,time-consuming and inefficient,which is not suitable for the routine analysis of some products.Therefore,it is of great research significance and application value to develop new detection methods for health food and carry out relevant verification of methodology.In this paper,several health products developed by enterprises are selected as the research objects,study the quality inspection standards of specific efficacy components,and provide technical support for the declaration of several products registration,specific results are as follows:1)The determination for vitamin A of xinwei?Ming tablet:An appropriate testing method for microencapsulated vitamin A acetate was established,which is to use the ethanol to extract the vitamin A acetate after rupturing the microcapsules by protease.The linear range of the method is 4.53?g/mL11.32?g/mL and the linear equation is y=149.8548x-27.3280?R2=0.9978?.The precision rate RSD%,recovery rate and the detectable threshold are separately 1.5%,99.05%104.33%and 0.0473?g/mL2)The determination for vitamin K2 of xinwei?Bao tablet:the method using Isopropanol to extract the vitamin K2,at 270 nm,using methanol as mobile phase.The linear range of the method is 0.98?g/mL1.82?g/mL and the linear equation is y=23.5343 x-0.2064?R2=0.9997?.The precision rate RSD%,recovery rate and the detectable threshold are separately 2.6%,93.31%106.11%and 0.0702?g/mL.3)The determination for EPA,DHA,LA,ALA in xinwei?linseed&Krill oil Softgel and several kinds of natural oils:we propose to establish a fast and accurate method to detect the content of the four kinds of unsaturated fatty acid in most of the oil products.In light of the tests,using this method,the linear equation of the EPA methyl ester is y=0.7824x-3.5596?R2=0.9999?with a detection limit of 3.34?g/mL;the linear equation of the DHA methyl ester is y=0.7277x-3.6849?R2=0.9999?with a detection limit of 2.97 g/mL;the linear equation of the LA methyl ester is y=0.8329x-1.1948?R2=1.0000?with a detection limit of 2.95?g/mL;the linear equation of the ALA methyl ester is y=0.7523x-1.4284?R2=1.000?with a detection limit of 3.84?g/mL.The recovery rate is96.62%98.80%.Finally established the following quality standard:the analysis method of vitamin A in xinwei?Ming tablet,the analysis method of vitamin K2 in xinwei?Bao tablet,the analysis method of DHA and EPA,LA,ALA in xinwei?linseed&Krill oil Softgel and several kinds of natural oils.Relevant quality standard analysis methods have formed the product quality inspection standards of xinwei technology co.,LTD.,and have been applied in the production and registration of enterprises.
