The resources reserve of phosphate in china is abundant,but more than 90%is low-grade ore.Due to the reduction of high-grade phosphate ores,the utilization of complex ultrafine phosphate ore has become highly concerned.The research on removing magnesium?dolomite? and silicon?quartz? by flotation has been relatively matured at home and abroad at present.But the flotation separation of phosphate rock and feldspar is less studied.The flotation separation of Phosphate rock and feldspar including anionic flotation and cationic reverse flotation.The complicated reagent regime and high heating cost of former technology is a major problem in phosphate ore processing.The latter technology does not require heating and the reagent regime is simple,however,the foam of flotation is over stable and not easy to broke.The paper focuses on the several hundred million tons of potassium feldspar in phosphate rock in Yichang,carrying out double reverse flotation test in view of saving reagent and energy cost.Especially focus on reverse flotation of potash feldspar from phosphate ore by various amine collectors,and solve the problem of cationic anti-floating over stable foam.The main gangue minerals are potash feldspar and dolomite in low grade phosphate ore in Hubei Yihua Group.the grade of P2O5 is 19.84%of the raw ore,and the grade of MgO is 2.91%,SiO2 is 24.78%,Al2O3 is 5.43%,K2O is 4.91%,Fe2O3 is2.32%.Under the condition that the grinding fineness is 80.16%passing 74?m and the concentration of flotation pulp is 30%,using the process of anionic reverse flotation to remove magnesium—slime classification—cationic reverse flotation to remove potash feldspar.Which obtained the high-quality concentrate containing33.64%P2O5 and the recovery rate is 72.73%.While the main harmful impurities are deeply reduced,MgO drops to 0.24%,SiO2 drops to 8.76%,Al2O3 drops to 1.28%,K2O drops to 1.16%.and Fe2O3 drops to 0.98%.The study on reverse flotation of potash feldspar shows that the collection and selectivity of ether amine collectors are superior to those of fatty amine collectors.The short-chain linear ether amine has strong collection ability,but it has a large amount of flotation foam,sticky foam and it is difficult in defoaming.While the long-chain branched ether polyamine has weak collection ability,but its selectivity is good and the amount of flotation foam is small and easier to defoam.For the problem of cation-reverse flotation foams are sticky and difficult to defoam.By preliminary desliming before reverse flotation of potash feldspar,and the use of T-609 combine with defoaming agent TOP.The foam properties of cationic collectors to reverse flotation feldspar can be effectively improved.The flotation foam of reverse leaching of potassium feldspar by phosphate rock can be controlled and industrially applied.The mechanism study shows that the adsorption of T609 on K-feldspar is mainly based on physical adsorption.The infrared spectrum analysis shows that T609belongs to ether polyamines,the chemical adsorption of T609 on the surface of K-feldspar is weak.While the Zeta potentialanalysis shows that the physical adsorption of T609 on the surface of potash feldspar is very strong when pH is about 8,while the physical adsorption on the surface of apatite is weak.The floating difference between potassium feldspar and apatite is larger,so potassium feldspar can be separated from the apatite flotation.
