Dagang Oilfield of Tianjin,has abundant cenozoic deposits,freshwater resources underground,provided complicated environmental conditions for plentiful soil microbial resources.We selected 3 pairs of surface or deep normal soil,10 pairs of surface or deep oil-contaminated,26 samples.We used Illumina sequencing method to study soil bacterial diversity and its correlation with environment factors in Dagang Oilfield.These studies provided effective information for the microbial remediation of oil-contaminated soil and natural products in Dagang Oilfield.OTU analysis showed 26 samples contained 9724 kinds of bacteria.At the level of phylum classification,Proteobacteria,Cyanobacteria and Firmicutes are the predominant bacteria in the soil.Alpha diversity analysis showed the bacterial diversity in the soil of Dagang Oilfield was reduced due to petroleum pollution.The Beta diversity analysis shows that a significant difference between surface and deep normal soil in the structure of bacterial community.LEfSe was used to analyze the preference of different strains for oil content,which provided sample support for remediation of oil-polluted soil.We used environmental factor correlation analysis.Community diversity is significantly negatively correlated with petroleum concentration and pH.RDA and mental test showed the petroleum pollution concentration,organic carbon content and total nitrogen content had the greatest impact on soil bacteria community in Dagang Oilfield.The effective exploration of the relationship between environmental factors and soil microbial community lay a solid theoretical foundation for the bio-stimulation method to repair oil-contaminated soil.We used KEGG database to predict the metabolic pathway abundance of soil bacteria.It has guiding significance for the excavation of soil microbial resources...
