Multilayer reservoirs located in China which mainly comprise clastic sediments from continental depositional environment are characterized by severe inter-layer heterogeneities which may induce sharper interlayer interference in ultra-high water cut stage and consequently hinder further enhancement of recovery.This adverse phenomenon,long year's field development experience indicates,could be minimized effectively through layer recombination and profile control.In this paper,the numerical simulation program of layer combination and profile for multi-layer reservoirs is developed based on the seepage mechanics and reservoir numerical simulation method.Using the program,the influencing factors and optimization methods of layer recombination,profile control are studied,the development effect of measures collaborative is forecasted,and the optimization method of measures collaborative is given.On the basis of the black oil numerical simulation program,the numerical simulation program of layer combination for multi-layer reservoirs is developed.Considering the permeability,crude oil viscosity and oil saturation,the liquid production index difference is proposed as the comprehensive index of the layer reorganization.And then the policy boundary of the layer recombination is given.In consideration of technical and economic policy,the three-stage optimization method for layer recombination at the ultra-high water cut stage is put forward which can optimize the layer recombination at the ultra-high water cut stage.In consideration of the characteristics such as viscosity increasing,adsorption retention and permeability decrease,the two-phase three-component polymer profile control numerical simulation system is developed.The effects of factors such as injection concentration,injection time,permeability difference and profile control type on the profile control are analyzed.The optimization of profile control parameters is studied in single factor and multi-factor aspects.Based on factor analysis and optimization method of layer recombination and polymer profile control,the development effect of measures synergism is forecasted.The influence of measures synergism sequence,measures synergism time,liquid production index and the polymer concentration on the development effect is analyzed.And then the optimization method of measures synergism is built based on genetic algorithm.
