This paper takes Khartoum refinery continuous reforming unit as the research object,through the analysis of Khartoum crude oil refinery,and the process of continuous catalytic reforming unit import reformer feedstock and product properties,main equipment,main operating conditions and material balance device,to explore the continuous reforming unit in the pre processing system,catalyst regeneration system,depentanizer air cooler and other parts of the corrosion morphology,corrosion mechanism,and put forward the corresponding anti-corrosion measures;and analysis of plate heat exchanger pressure anomaly causes,and puts forward the improvement measures,the device to reduce the operation cost,to provide protection for the long period operation of unit.The analysis of crude oil properties showed that the Khartoum Refinery processing crude oil is mainly divided into the Nile oil mixture,Dar blend oil and Fula oil,Dar blend belongs to light,Low sulfur,high acid and paraffin base crude and Fula oil belongs to Low sulfur,the high acid value value of intermediate base crude oil and oil mixture of Nile belongs to low sulfur,high acid value of paraffin base crude oil.Through the process flow of continuous catalytic reforming unit,the material and product properties,main equipment,main operating conditions and material balance analysis of the main equipment,the main operating conditions and the material balance of the plant,The mixed raw materials in Sultan heavy oil and light oil by coker unit and naphtha hydrofining unit,in addition to alkanes,olefins and naphthenes and aromatics,also contains more sulfur and nitrogen,especially sulfur content,to 24.4μg/g,there is a serious risk of sulfur corrosion.Continuous catalytic reforming pre processing system is mainly due to the continuous reforming naphtha feedstock containing non active organic sulfur,organic oxygen,organic nitrogen and organic chlorine and hydrogen with hydrogen cracking reaction,H2S,H2O,NH3and HCl inorganic small molecules,with Fe equipment in the electrochemical reaction.Its anti-corrosion can be added to the main(MDEA),remove chlorine,water injection,control equipment,materials,etc.Continuous reforming catalyst regeneration system is mainly due to carbon dioxide and chloride ion lead to corrosion,the corrosion of different parts of the corrosion,the upper part of the regeneration of the water tower is mainly caused by the low pH value,the bottom of the recycled water tower corrosion is mainly due to the high concentration of chlorine ion concentration in the washing water caused by chlorine corrosion.The upper part of the water washing tower can be used to maintain the water content of the top and select the appropriate anti-corrosion coating,etc.the lower part of the washing tower can improve the pH value of the bottom water and adjust the catalyst regeneration operation.Continuous reforming de pentane tower air cooler corrosion mainly because of the presence of NH4Cl and FeCl2 crystal water compound empty cooler bundle and air cooler export temperature part,reflux tank dewatering package oily wastewater is strong acid caused;can through the control of de pentane tower water content,removal of chlorine content of pentane tower,removal of nitrogen content of pentane tower.At the top of the tower note corrosion inhibitor,at the top of the tower water injection,before depentanizer increase liquid of removal chlorine tanks and other methods for corrosion.After analysis,the possible reasons for plate heat exchanger are manufacturing defects lead to generate a solid salt crystallization process flow path of plate or production process,plate heat exchanger process between,the blockage in the process flow,increases the flow resistance of the plate,caused by the plate pressure difference increases.Through the stable operation,reduce because and the adjustment of chlorine injection volume of the impact of fluctuations in the operation brought on E-71201,avoid produce too much NH4Cl crystallization measures can effectively improve the plate heat exchanger pressure difference abnormal phenomenon.
