The synthesis of NaY zeolite is difficult to use solid silicon material.The main reason is that the solid silicon can't be effectively dissolved under the condition of NaY zeolite synthesis.Now,the silicon source of NaY zeolite synthesis usually used liquid sodium silicate,the shortcomings of the synthetic method are:the product yield is low;the utilization rate of crystallization mother liquor is low;a lot of crystalline spent liquor is discharged,and cause some pollution on the environment.Based on the above background,This paper intends to develop a method for the synthesis of NaY zeolite using a solid silica source.This paper is divided into 4 parts,?1?The influencing factors of the NaY zeolite synthesis using solid silicon were emphatically investigated,obtained a method of NaY zeolite synthesis using solid silicon;?2?ReY zeolite was prepared by the conventional modified method,and the properties of REY zeolite were studied;?3?FCC catalyst was prepared by the conventional preparation method,and the properties of FCC catalyst were studied;?4?Industrial application test of FCC catalyst was carried out,and the application data was comprehensive analysed.The studies result that,The NaY zeolite prepared by this method has the characteristics of high crystallinity and high SiO2/Al2O3,the solid silicon material use precipitated silica;the synthesis method is as follows:the feed ratio is?3.03.3?Na2O:Al2O3:8.4SiO2:?110150?H2O,the content of directing agent is16Na2O:Al2O3:15SiO2:320H2O,the crystallization temperature is higher than 92?,the crystallization time is 2636 h;compared with the traditional synthesis technology,the characteristic of this process is able to increase the productivity,decrease energy cost and decrease equipment cost;there is no SO42-in crystalline spent liquor,which improve the rate of crystalline spent liquor and raw materials;reduce the discharge of sewage and the pollution to environment.The physical and chemical properties of ReY zeolite prepared by the NaY zeolite satisfy the target requirements of industry ReY zeolite,and the crystallinity and structure collapse temperature are higher.The physical and chemical properties of the FCC catalysts prepared by this method satisfy the target requirements of industry FCC catalyst,and the cracking product has good selectivity.The industrial application test data of new type FCC catalyst indicate that the FCC catalysts prepared by the NaY zeolite have heavy oil conversion ability,strong ability of resistance to heavy metal pollution,high yield of light oil,with high flexibility operation.
