Components of natural gas produced from different gas fields and gas wells are various,most include hydrogen sulfide,carbon dioxide,organic sulfur,water,light hydrocarbon components.These components of the natural have gas greater impact on transportation system,environmental protection and the performance of combustion,which must undergo a series of processes such as desulphurization and decarbonization(removal of hydrogen sulfide,carbon dioxide and other acidic components,organic sulfur,etc.),dehydration and hydrocarbon in order that the product gas can comply with piped natural gas requirements or quality indicators.Thus,natural gas processing is the essential production process before entering into the natural gas transmission and distribution pipelines,or being sent to users.Selecting the appropriate gas treatment process based on different feed gas composition,process parameters and product gas quality indicators has great significance on ensuring product quality,reducing operational complexity,reducing engineering investment,reducing energy consumption,improving technical and economic indicators,reducing emissions and reducing environmental pollution.According to the specific characteristics ofthe Amudarya naturalgas from Central Asia,upstream and downstream overall development program,feed gas composition,gas product quality requirements andlocation of the project,firstlyanalyze and reasonable distribute dehydrocarbon technology of natural gas,anddetermine the process of dehydrationdepending on dehydrocarbon technology.Basing on process of dehydrocarbon and dehydration,comparatively analyze natural gas gather and treatment processin the different pressure level,confirm the optimum gas gather and treatment process and determinedesulfurization and decarbonization process on the basis.The process isfinallysimulated by the computer.Each processing unitand design scheme was verified byperformance test and energy consumption analysisdepending on the test data from the natural gas process plant.
