Ma Hui oil pipeline as the only channel of Changqing Oilfield crude oil output for Longdong oilfield,built has been in operation for more than 30 years,in recent years,pipeline corrosion,pipeline pressure bearing capacity is insufficient,and with the rapid development of the local economy along the town and the new rural planning and construction speed,resulting in the pipeline are tying up local Ma Hui.The normal production brings security risks,but also restricted the development of local economy.In addition,Ma Hui mainly along the Sichuan Road,pipeline laying,and Sichuan Road Planning of Yinchuan-Xi'an railway and highway,Sichuan Road is narrow,is expected later will lead to built pipeline Zhanya change line frequently.At the same time,according to the forecast of crude oil production in Changqing Oilfield,2014-2025 will continue to yield,and yield in Longdong area steadily,is expected to be all the more prominent areas of conflict.Therefore,it is necessary to upgrade the safety of Ma Hui crude oil pipeline.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Mahui crude oil pipeline,and discusses the necessity of upgrading security background,research status of domestic and foreign oil pipeline are introduced,and ultimately determine the research content of this paper,according to the source of oil storage and transportation system balance and Mahui pipeline forecast and Changqing oil production to determine the design of transmission capacity according to the standing;line,eliminate corrosion tying and other security risks and local line route optimization compared with local city development planning of line selection principle,determine the overall trend line;according to the technical andeconomic comparison of optimizing the pipe diameter of oil source of oil property,transportation and other basic meteorological parameters and parameters,and recommend the combination of diameters the most suitable solutions;according to the route recommendations and transportation process optimization recommendation station set,and carry out the demonstration site Design calculation of main equipment.Through the comparison and demonstration of the process,it is proved that it is feasible to upgrade the crude oil pipeline.
