During the test and adjustment on Layered Water Injection Wells,install blowout control tube at the wellhead,and the instrument is carried down to the well by the wire-steel which is in the Measuring shunting,and then complete the test and adjustment work.Because the wellhead is high away from the floor,it is necessary to use crane or manpower to lift the blowout control tube.After installation the blowout control tube on the wellhead is 3-5 meters high away from the floor.The staff has to weight-bearing replace the test instrument,and the instrument goes down to the well by the self-weight.The problems resist in the layered testing on the high pressure water well are the instrument difficult entering in high pressure wellhead,the wellhead blowout,the blowout control tube installation difficult disassemble.To solve the series problems,the research on blowout preventer for high pressure water wellhead was carried out.By laboratory experiments,developed the high pressure water well test and adjustment blowout preventer device.The text introduces the three components of the blowout preventer device and the technical principle,configuration design,test application.Maximum lifting moment in the Hydraulic lifting mechanism is up to 2000 N.m.Slender tube and the two stage packing sealing mechanism can withstand 35 MPa in the wellhead pressure.Pressure conveying mechanism provides the 1000 N conveying force during the instrument going down the well.The successful test of the device provides a guarantee to the test and adjustment on the high pressure water well.
