The human resources management process is the key business processes in the enterprise human resources,enterprise because of work processes to be straightened out,functional responsibilities unclear due process different,implementation process is long,can not be timely maintenance update employee information,is likely to produce bad influence in practical work.Therefore,it is urgent to sort out and optimize the existing workflow and the existing process of the system.In this paper mainly selected the ERP human resource system is representative of labor organization module,personnel management module,performance compensation module and authority management the four module to analyze,and taking it as the target of research,the purpose is to improve the human resources information accuracy,improve existing work in the business process,completely perfect popularization and application of ERP system of human resources in the enterprise.Business process is the basis for the operation of ERP human resources system,and exists in all the modules of ERP human resources system.In essence,the process decision is strategic,and the process optimization should deepen the enterprise's long-term competitive goal,and provide effective guarantee for the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise.The purpose of this article is by comprehensive analysis the restricting factors of various aspects of the business process of an oil field company personnel,according to ERP human resource system can provide maximum support limits,thus business process to the existing business processes and ERP human resource system were redesigned and optimized,let the system and the existing personnel management process to best fit.
