Hydraulic fracturing is a very common stimulation in low permeability reservoirs. But the production effect is hard to reach the expected effect. The flow conductivity is not ideal after hydraulic fracturing. It is difficult to sustain the stable yields over a long period of time. This article perform some experiments on flow conductivity influence factors such as the conventional fracturing proppant size, continuous and discontinuous proppant placement and fluid velocity and viscosity,so to find effective measures to optimize fracture flow conductivity. The experiment results show that when the cell fluid delivery rate is less than 50 ml/min,the fluid is always in a state of darcy flow.In this case we can ignoring the influence of non-darcy effect on fracture flow conductivity. The discontinuous pave placing method,in another words is channel fracturing, can significantly improve the fracture flow conductivity.According to the analysis of experiment result, the proppant size have little impact on the channel fracturing flow conductivity,so to choose the suitable proppant based on the actual situation. And under the same condition, the more proppant slug, the higher fracture flow conductivity. Finally optimize channel fracturing technology and then applied in the field. The channel fracturing technology and conventional hydraulic fracturing technology were applied to the Yi 171-1 block. After contrasting, the daily oil production are almost the same during the early stage. But the channel fracturing have an advantage of flow conductivity in the long term and the sand proportion of conventional fracturing was 2.7 times of conventional hydraulic channel.Research on the experiment of fracture flow conductivity can provide a theoretical basis and has a certain reference value.
