As oil and gas exploration and development objects convert to low permeability,low grade resource gradually,the basis of conventional oil and gas resources is becoming more and more difficult to increase production and reserves,Unconventional oil and gas.As an alternative to conventional energy,play an increasingly significant role in the world's energy structure.Staged fracturing technology is the momentous means which is used by to reform reservoir and improve single well production.Bridge plug,as an important downhole tool which is applied to plug layer in horizontal well staged fracturing,is becoming be more and more widely application.At present,the conventional easily-drilling composite bridge plug need to drill the plug after fracture,high cost,long production cycle,bridge plug is drilled and grinded difficult in the deep well and ultra-deep well;As for retrievable bridge plug,construction technology is complex,and because of long time it is difficult to be salvaged and drilled;In the meantime,the development trend of new technology about bridge plug,that downhole tools that is made of soluble and composite material represent a new technology which composite materials is applied in oil field by,the overall development trend of soluble is from local parts to the whole soluble.Therefore,research fracturing technology on biodegradable bridge plug,develop biodegradable bridge plug for fracturing,what is an effective method to reduce the rate of dependence on foreign technology,decline low cost,meet the demands of a fracture job at the same time avoid the problems existing in the conventional bridge plug.In this paper,the author studies the staged fracturing process of horizontal wells,and analyses the structural characteristics and working principle of the downhole tools involved in the process.Combined with the application of soluble composite materials in downhole tools,and based on the existing product,the degradable bridge plug for fracturing were designed.According to the designing principles and working conditions to design the overall solution of degradable bridge plug,determine the technical parameters of the outer diameter of the bridge plug,carry out detailed design and strength checking of the key components,and perform the finite element analysis of the sealing and anchoring structure.The influence of the water flow on the bridge plug is analyzed emphatically.At the same time,The performance test for the soluble composite to develop the alloy composition ratio and mechanical properties to meet the requirements,ultimately process test prototype of degradable bridge plug based on engineering drawings and materials selection requirements,then laboratory experiment is carried out under the setting conditions,through the test to check out the performance criteria of degradable bridge plug,including sealing performance,differential pressure resistance performance and the characteristics of degradation and unblocking,etc.,that provides theoretical basis for future field applications.
