| With the development of dust technology at domestic and foreign,dust materials were more and more widely used in all trades.With the popularity of dust applications,the electrostatic problems that caused by the dust were gradually emerged.There would be the electrostatic charge accumulation in the process of production,transportation,processing and storage,which caused by the friction,contact and collision between the dust particles and the dust and pipes,containers and equipment.When the electrostatic charge accumulated to a certain amount,it would be a electrostatic discharge,and a large amount of energy is released instantaneously,it might ignite the dust and then the combustion explosion happened.Therefore,it has great practical significance to study the electrostatic characteristics of dust.A set of experimental device was designed to study the electrostatic electrification characteristics of pipeline pneumatic conveying dust,which could be used to study the influence of pipe length,pipe material,pipe diameter,dust type,dust particle size,dust quality,feeding speed and wind speed on the static characteristics of the pneumatic conveying dust.The experimental results showed why the wind speed,feeding speed,particle size,pipe length,pipe material,pipe diameter,fan type and the type of dust collector were selected.The electrostatic charge accumulation of polyethylene,polypropylene and ABS resin particles at different feeding rate and wind speed were studied by using the device.Experimental results showed:?When the wind speed was constant,the electrostatic charge accumulation of polyethylene decreased gradually with the increasing of the feeding rate.When the wind speed is between 10~20m/s,the electrostatic charge accumulation of polypropylene increased gradually with the increasing of the feeding rate.When the wind speed was more than 20m/s,the electrostatic charge accumulation of polypropylene decreased first and then increased with the increasing of the feeding rate.When the wind speed was constant,the electrostatic charge accumulation of ABS resin decreased gradually with the increasing of the feeding rate.? When the wind speed was constant,the electrostatic charge accumulation of ABS resin decreased gradually with the increasing of the feeding rate;When the feeding rate was constant,with the increasing of wind speed,the accumulation of electrostatic charge of polyethylene gradually increased.When the wind speed reached 35 m / s,the electrostatic charge gradually stabilized and reached the saturation value.When the feeding rate was constant,with the increasing of wind speed,the absolute value of electrostatic charge accumulation decreased first and then increased.When the feeding speed was 30g/s and the wind speed reached 25m/s,the electrostatic charge of polypropylene particles would change from positive to negative,and as the wind speed increased,the amount of negative charge also increased.When the feeding rate was constant,the electrostatic charge of ABS resin increased with the increasing of wind speed.When the wind speed reached 10m/s ~ 25m/s,the electrostatic charge accumulation increased rapidly.Especially when the wind speed reached 20 m / s ~ 25 m / s,the charge quantity increased sharply.When the wind speed reached 25 m / s ~ 35 m / s,the charge quantity increased more slowly.?The reason of the different electrostatic charge in polyethylene,polypropylene and ABS resin particles were explained from the perspectives of the size and shape of the particles,the size of the work,the loss of electrons,the transfer film,and the temperature and humidity.Finally,according to the conclusions drawn from the experiment.From the two aspects of reducing electrostatic and electrostatic dissipation,it put forward a series of countermeasures for anti-static dust actual industrial production,it provided practical reference and help the dust in the industrial production process in electrostatic hazards prevention and control. |
