Salbutamol is an artifical?2 receptor agonist. In the early stage of synthesis,it is produced in large quantities because it can effectively treat respiratory diseases. When the dosage of salbutamol reaches 510 times of the clinical dosage,it can significantly reduce the deposition of fat in the body, reduce the fat content in the body, and increase the lean rate of the animal. Therefore,it is a lean meat substance. In order to make huge profits, illegal traders use salbutamol as a feed additive for livestock production. However, the rate of excretion of salbutamol in humans and domestic animals is very slow, and a large portion of salbutamol remaining in livestock will accumulate in animal tissues. If humans consume animal tissues containing much salbutamol, many adverse reactions will occur in the human body, such as dizziness, nausea, rapid heartbeat, palpitation, palpitations, and even myocardial infarction. Therefore, the illegal use of salbutamol in livestock breeding will seriously threaten human health. It is very important to develop a rapid and sensitive method for the detection of salbutamol. In this work,we prepared two low-cost and high-efficiency electrochemical sensors based on the principle of electrochemical analysis technology, and conducted electrochemical performance investigation and actual sample detection. The main research contents are as follows:?1?Using a glassy carbon electrode as the working electrode, the zinc oxide was deposited by the constant potential electrodeposition, and the gold nanoparticles were further deposited by the potentiostatic method to obtain an electrochemical sensor modified by zinc oxide and gold nanoparticle composites. The electrochemical properties of the composite modified electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and chronopotentiometry. The results show that the electrode has good electrocatalytic performance, selectivity and stability. The detection range of salbutamol is wide and the limit is low.It provides greater support for the rapid and sensitive detection of salbutamol in actual samples.?2?Using a graphite electrode as the working electrode, the roughening treatment was carried out by the redox cycle method.Then,poly-melamine organic polymer film was deposited by the cyclic voltammetry to obtain an electrochemical sensor with poly-melamine modification and roughening treatment. The electrochemical properties of the modified electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry. The results show that the electrode has good conductivity, sensitivity, electrocatalytic and stability. And it has a large detection range and low detection limit in the detection of salbutamol. The rapid and sensitive detection of salbutamol in the actual sample indicates that the modified electrode has great room for development in the field of food safety.
