Baeyer-Villiger reaction is a kind of oxidation reaction in which ketone is oxidized to corresponding ester. This reaction can effectively oxidize various ketones to corresponding ester compounds. It is not only an important method to synthesize ester compounds, but also widely used in the synthesis of many basic units, such as antibiotics, steroids, pheromones and so on.In view of the importance of this kind of reaction, various oxidants have been effectively used in Baeyer-Villiger oxidation reaction, but the most classical method is using hydrogen peroxide or organic peroxide acid as oxidant.Another method is that using oxygen as oxidant has been reported, but these reactions all need transition metals, biological enzymes,or a large number of aldehydes as catalysts to achieve smoothly. Therefore, the Baeyer-Villiger oxidation of ketone only using oxygen as oxidant rather than transition metals or enzymes is being expected. In addition, amide is a kind of important organic compound.Among all kinds of amide synthesis methods, the Dehydrogenation coupling reaction of alcohol or aldehyde with amine has been widely reported. However, not only is the direct synthesis of amide by C-C bond cleavage using ketone very rare, but also the reported method needs transition metal as catalyst. Therefore, without the participation of transition metals, the one-step synthesis of amides using ketone as starting material and amine as nitrogen source has important theoretical significance.in this paper, without any transition metal catalysts and chemical oxidants, the Baeyer-Villiger reaction of ketone compound in formality was realized by only using oxygen as an oxidant in the method of Acid/base combination catalysis,The reaction utilizes the resulting hydroxy lactone intermediate to react with an amine to obtain various amides and Isoquinolinone were synthesized. The reaction has the advantages of wide applicability of substrates, low cost and easy availability of oxidants, and no pollution to the environment.
