Based on the biocompatibility,environmental sensitivity and lubricity of hydrogels,which has potential applications in biomedical,tissue engineering and smart devices.During the rapid development of hydrogels,how to obtain high-strength hydrogel with multiple functions and expand its practical application field has gradually become a research hotspot.In this paper,2-vinyl-4-6-diamino-1,3,5-triazine?VDT?,a functional monomer with multiple hydrogen bonds,was introduced into the hydrogels;double physically-crosslinkedpoly?acrylamide-co-acrylicacid-co-VDT?/Fe3+(P?Am-co-Ac-co-VDT?/Fe3+)hydrogels and multiple hydrogen bond-enhanced poly?acrylamide-co-VDT?/tannic acid?P?Am-co-VDT?/TA?hydrogels were prepared.,and explored their high strength mechanical properties and multiple functions.P?Am-co-Ac-co-VDT?/Fe3+hydrogel significantly enhanced its mechanical properties through the synergistic effect of hydrogen bonding and ionic coordination.The tensile strength is about 4.34 MPa and the elongation at break is about 17.64 times.The modulus is 905.7 KPa and significant toughness?about 50.17 MJ/m3?.Due to its full physical cross-linking preparation,the hydrogel has excellent self-healing properties,self-healing property and pH sensitivity,moreover,the bio-small molecule can be adsorbed by forming hydrogen bonds,and the high-strength hydrogel has the function of hydrogen bond adsorption-release,and has various application potentials in biosensors.After soaking the hydrogel with a certain concentration of lithium ions,the hydrogel can be used as a highly sensitive pressure sensitive sensor and strain sensor,when used to record finger bending,the rate of change can reach 160%,and the sensitivity is high.and has great potential for development on artificial skin.The P?Am-co-VDT?/TA hydrogel enhanced by multiple hydrogen bonds has good rigidity,toughness of 6.47 MJ/m3,tensile strength of 2.34 MPa,elongation at break of410%,and the amount elastic modulus is up to 6.17 MPa,and due to its multi-hydrogen bond cross-linking,it is pH sensitive and has rapid shape memory,by changing the temperature,the formation of hydrogen bonds can be controlled,and the hydrogels can be quickly shaped or restored;the hydrogel also can be combined with the anti-inflammatory drug diclofenac sodium?DS?,and release DS under certain conditions to achieve anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,which has a good development prospect in the field of applied medicine.
