Recently,ITO?Indium Tin Oxide?is still the main material for preparing transparent conductive films.But due to its high preparation cost,complicated preparation process and poor conductivity on flexible substrates,it can not meet the performance requirements of flexible devices.As a new type of nano-material,silver nanowire?AgNWs?is very promising on the field of Transparent Conductive Films?TCFs?because of its simple preparation process,lower cost and good controllability in preparation process and good photoelectric performance on flexible substrates.However,the silver nanowires film prepared by the conventional method has some limitations,such as poor oxidation resistance,poor mechanical property,uneven film,and large film roughness.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly improves the preparation process of traditional vacuum filtration method,and prepares silver nanowires film with better uniformity and lower roughness.On this basis,a composite transparent conductive film with stable photoelectric properties and a higher merit value is prepared,which is applied as a transparent anode in a flexible green OLED device.Firstly,AgNWs were prepared by polyol method,using FeCl3 as a controlling agent,PVP as a coating agent,AgNO3 offering Ag atom,and EG as a reaction environment and a reducing agent.The effects of molar ratio of PVP and AgNO3,concentration of FeCl3and reaction time on the morphology of AgNWs were studied.The morphology of AgNWs was characterized by SEM,XRD and TEM.The average length was about 150?m.AgNWs with a diameter of about 100 nm and a length to diameter ratio of about 1500.Secondly,the process of preparing silver nanowires film by vacuum filtration was improved,and a kind of silver nanowires flexible transparent conducting film with good uniformity was prepared.In this paper,a kind of more uniform film was prepared by using different pressing times,and characterized by OM,SEM and infrared thermal imager.The working pressure of AZO prepared by magnetron sputtering and the crystallinity of the thickness of the film were studied.Based on this,AgNWs/AZO composite film was prepared with low sheet resistance about 8.9?/sq and average transmittance?400-800nm?about 80.50%.The composite film prepared also has strong oxidation resistance and mechanical properties,and finally the average roughness of the film is reduced to 13.2nm.Finally,the roughness of film was further reduced to 3.22 nm by spin coating PEDOT:PSS on the AgNWs/AZO composite film.The prepared composite film was used as a transparent anode to prepare a flexible green OLED device with AgNWs/AZO/PEDOT:PSS/NPB?50 nm?/Alq3?40 nm?/LiF?1 nm?/Al?180 nm?.Comparing this with the OLED device with nano-silver film as the anode,the maximum current density and maximum luminance of the composite film OLED device are nearly10.7 times and nearly 7.9 times,respectively,which are 477.22 mA/m2 and 3064.41 cd/m2.
