With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of car ownership in China,the treatment of construction waste and the recycling of waste tires have become an urgent problem to be solved.The waste tire is mechanically crushed or ground into rubber pellets and then blended into recycled concrete to prepare waste tire rubber recycled concrete,which can consume a large amount of waste concrete and waste tires,and can also improve the ductility,crack resistance,impermeability,frost resistance and shock absorption of recycled concrete.It is an effective way to realize the resource utilization of recycled concrete and tires,and has a very broad application prospect.The waste tire rubber particles used in the test have a particle size of 1-3 mm,the rubber substitution rate is set to 0,10%,20%,30%,and the recycled coarse aggregate is replaced by 0,30%,70%,100%,and the water-cement ratio is set to0.45,0.55,0.65,rubber particles with equal volume substitution rate sand,recycled coarse aggregate and other quality to replace natural coarse aggregate,and made into waste tire rubber recycled concrete to study the carbonization and anti-chloride ion erosion performance of rubber-recycled concrete.The main research work and research results are:?1?The basic properties such as apparent density,water absorption,water content and crushing index of recycled coarse aggregate and natural coarse aggregate were tested by experiments.The test results show that the two aggregates have a large difference in water absorption rate.The water absorption of the recycled coarse aggregate is 4.1%,which is 2.56 times that of the natural coarse aggregate.This will result in a decrease in the H2O which can participate in the carbonization reaction in the concrete,which is beneficial to the carbonation resistance of the recycled tire rubber pellet recycled concrete.?2?The water-cement ratio is still the main factor affecting the chloride ion permeability of rubber-recycled concrete.Under the same erosion time,the chloride ion content in the rubber-recycled concrete increases with the increase of water-cement ratio;In general,when the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate and water-cement ratio are the same,the chloride ion permeability of waste tire rubber-recycled concrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of rubber substitution rate;The chloride ion content in waste tire rubber-recycled concrete increases with the increase of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate.?3?When the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate and rubber particles is constant,the carbonation depth of waste tire rubber-recycled concrete increases with the increase of water cement ratio;The influence of rubber substitution rate on carbonation properties of concrete is not uniform;In terms of the carbonation depth of concrete after 30 days of carbonation,when the water cement ratio is 0.45,the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 100%,and the replacement rate of rubber is 10%,the carbonation resistance of waste tire rubber-recycled concrete is the best.At this time,the carbonation depth of concrete is 15%less than that of concrete without recycled coarse aggregate and rubber particles.The paper has 88 pictures,14 tables and 109 references.
