Due to environmental pollution concerns and fossil energy consumption,it is of special significance to develop alternative energy storage conversion devices with high energy density and power density.Among many power supply devices,supercapacitors,also known as electrochemical capacitors?ECs?,have attracted considerable interest because of their desirable properties.Even so,if supercapacitors are to be used as practical energy devices,they still need high energy density and power density.As far as the development status and trends of supercapacitors are concerned,metal oxide electrode materials have great development prospects and potential.However,in the current reports,the supercapacitance properties of CoMoO4,CoWO4,Co3V2O8,and CoMoS4/materials are still rare,and the preparation methods are complex.Secondly,the performance of single bimetallic oxide is relatively single,each has it is advantages and disadvantages.Accordingly,the composite materials of CoMoS4/CoMoO4,CoMoS4/CoWO4,and CoMoS4/Co3V2O8 were designed and fabricated based on CoMoS4 as a backbone material.1.Design and fabrication of CoMoS4/CoMoO4 nanocomposite.The CoMoS4/CoMoO4 electrode materials with different morphologies were prepared by one-step chemical method by controlling the relative content of CoMoS4 and CoMoO4 in MoO2/MoS2 materials.XRD,SEM,and TEM were used to investigate the structure and morphology of MoO2/MoS2 materials.In addition,the electrochemical performance differences between CoMoS4/CoMoO4 composite electrode and pure CoMoS4 and CoMoO4 electrode materials were analyzed.The specific capacitance of the as-prepared CoMoS4/CoMoO4 nanocomposite is about 399F g-1,the rate capability is 80.5%and in addition,the nanocomposite has a good cyclic stability.2.Secondly,based on the study of the CoMoS4/CoMoO4 electrode materials,further preparation,and exploration of the CoMoS4/CoWO4 electrode materials.The structure and morphology of CoMoS4/CoWO4 were characterized by XRD,SEM,and TEM.The electrochemical properties of CoMoS4/CoWO4 were tested and the electrochemical properties of CoMoS4/CoWO4,CoMoS4 and CoWO4 were studied from the electronegative side.The specific capacitance of the as-prepared CoMoS4/CoWO4 nanocomposite is about 528F g-1,the rate capability is 78.8%and also,the nanocomposite possess a good cyclic stability.3.Based on the study of CoMoS4/CoMoO4 and CoMoS4/CoWO4,the electrochemical properties of CoMoS4/Co3V2O8 electrode materials were further investigated.CoMoS4/Co3V2O8,Co3V2O8,and CoMoS4 electrode materials were prepared and the structure and morphology of the three materials were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM.The electrochemical properties of the three materials were tested and compared,and the electrochemical properties of the three materials were discussed in this work.The specific capacitance of the as-prepared CoMoS4/Co3V2O8 nanocomposite is about 584F g-1,the rate capability is 84.1%and also,the nanocomposite has a good cyclic stability about 93,5%.
