The motorized spindle,as the key component of the CNC machining center,the reliability of motorized spindle will be one of the important indexes that can be used to measure the reliability of the CNC machining center.Using electric spindle reliability test data of motorized spindlc to assess the reliability of motorized spindle not only can reflect their ability to achieve the intended function under the actual working condition,but also can be used to guide designers to modify and improve structure and its rclated parameters of motorized spindle,so as to continuously improving the reliability of motonzed spindle.The reliability of motorized spindle on the basis of testing is evaluated by the method of degradation data distribution and multiple degradation parameter method.The mainly complctcrd work is as follows:At first the reliability data analysis method related to the basic concept and theory,as well as the distribution of the type and reliability indicators in such assessments method were introduced and researched in detail.After analyzing and sNdying the failure mechanism of spindle performance degradation.the performance degradation failure mechanism of motorizcd spindle is analyzed.Under this premise.combined with the specific test environment and test conditions,the appropriate performance degradation characteristic quantities are selected.On this condition,the reliability testing scheme of motorized spindle is designed.The reliability testing of motorized spindle is done under the guidance of the scheme.Moreover,according to the basic principle of degradation data distribution and degradation test data an assessment about the motorized spindle was made.Four commonly used reliability indexes of the motorized spindle were calculated.In the meantime,curves of reliability,failure probability density and failure rate were drawn.Finally.the mean lifetime and charactenstics lifctime of the motorized spindle were evaluatcd.And then.the analysis about the basic process and theory of the reliability evaluation method based on multiple performance degradation parameter method is done.This method is used to analyze the reliability testing data of the grinding motorized spindle.Eventually,the reliability of the grinding motorized spindle is achieved.Finally,the spindle test data management software is developed which is involved in:information inquiries of the motorized spindle and testing person;addition,deletion,query,etc.degradation test data of motorized spindle;reliability assessment of the motorized spindle performance based on the degradation data,personal management,and other additional features.
