Traction device is an important tool for oil level downhole operation,which is mainly used in logging operations.It can be equipped with horizontal well logging equipment and reach the destination through the horizontal wells ant inclined sections Compared with the flexible pipe logging technology,the tractor logging technology has the acdvantages of light weight,convenient transportation,simple operation,accurate delivery location and so on.But the design of small size,the production of greater traction force of the tractor and the problem of crossing obstacle if horizontal well which exists defects,has been the elmphasis and difficulty in the research field of traction.Now there is no mature and high level products in domestic.To solve the above problems,this paper proposed a wheeled tractor of carrying hydraulic control system by itself which will provide some help for our country study.The main research coltents are as follows:In this paper,the mechanical structure of hydraulic driven wheel tractor is divided into two parts,the roller assembly and the swing arm assembly.Multi plunger inner curve radial hydraulic motor is the core part of the roller assembly,which works und er the action of the hydraulic control system+,thereby driving the roller to rotate.A swing aim assembly in horizontal well of different diameter openling or contraction,change the radial dimension of tractor to adapt to the change of the well diameter.On the other hand,providing normal pressure between roller and shaft,thereby increases the friction between the roller and the shaft.Therefore the friction drive the tractor forward.The structure size of the roller assembly and the swing arm assembly is calculated,especially for the calculation of the curve radial hydraulic motor in the multi plunger piston.In the three-dimensional modeling software Solid Edge,the tluee-dimensionai geometric model of the tractor roller assembly and the swing arm assembly is established.Based on the mechanical system automatic dynamic analysis of ADAMS software virtual prototype of tractor was established,then simulation analysis of motion principle of traction is conducted.The analysis results and calculation results,which verifies the correctness of the design.Through the analysis of the qualitative of tractor load performance and the performance of overcoming obstacles,It is proved that the tractor can meet certain with load requirements and at the same time with good obstacle performance under certain conditions.The tractor hydraulic control system scheme is designed.Based on the multidisciplinary field of complex system modeling and simulation platform of AMESim,the swing road and revolving equivalent model of the hydraulic control system are established.Through the simulation of the model,quantitative analysis of the tractor crawling speed and load capacity is conducted,and the results meet the design requirements.The factors that affect the performance of the traction device in the hydraulic system are analyzed,which is of great significance to improve the performance of the tractor.Finally,to improve the dynamic stiffness of the swing relief valve as the goal,optimize the parameters of the overflow valve combination with the aid of MATLAB optimization toolbox in the two planning method(SQP).In this paper,by using CAE technology,after the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of the tractor,and the analysis of its hydraulic control system,it is proved that the movement principle of the design is feasible,and the structural design is reasonable,and the tractor has good well diameter adaptability,and good load performance and crossing obstacle performance,which meets the design requirements.
