With the development of new generation information technology,wearable computers and flexible intelligent terminals are attracting more and more people's attention.Graphene with high conductivity and good flexibility have naturally become research hotspots.Focusing on the development of future wearable computers and flexible intelligent terminals,3D printing was used as a means to study the preparation method of high-conductivity three-dimensional printed graphene ink and its application in field effect transistors.Aiming at the current three-dimensional printing technology(3DP)for the preparation of graphene devices,the chemical reduction method used has the disadvantages of high risk of production process and strong pollution.A way for manufacturing graphene electronic devices based on thermal reduction method is proposed.Work as follows:1.A way for preparing a highly conductive graphene ink of the field effect transistor of the top-gate and back gate structure and the 3D printable process are proposed.2.Graphene is prepared via reduction of the graphene oxide(GO)which is synthesized by Hummers ' method.A certain proportion of additives such as binder and dispersant are added to prepare for three-dimensional printing(3DP)GO ink.3.Graphene samples are printed by using the GO ink via direct-write molding proces.Then,the graphene samples are inserted into a tube furnace in argon foaming gas for thermal reduction at 200?,500?and 800?,respectively.The results shows that,the sheet resistance of the rGO by using thermal reduction at 800? can achieve as low as 200 m?/sq.The experiments show that the prepared GO ink can be used for three-dimensional printing of graphene electronic devices.The fabrication process is simple,the parameters are controllable,and the conductivity is high.It is suitable for preparing high-conductivity integrated circuit devices by 3DP technology,and provides a new process technology for the preparation of graphene inks and electronic devices,and also affords a new idea for future development of the wearable computers.
