The servo press is a common equipment for precision press assembly.The interface of the existing control system is relatively simple,the multi-node coordination ability is weak,the control mode and the process program are relatively fixed,and it is difficult to meet the new requirements of network,visualization and controllability.To this end,this thesis proposes a networked servo press control system scheme with flexible multi-axis expansion,convenient human interaction,diverse communication interfaces and unified core software and hardware.Based on the analysis of the working principle,mechanical structure and application requirements of the servo press,the control modes and communication modes required by the control system are summarized,and the overall design scheme of the control system is proposed.A local field network based on CAN bus is built around the main control node to connect the multi-axis extended slave node and the remote human interaction node.The expansion module such as PROFIBUS is connected to the upper-level field network to perform necessary production line coordination,and the Ethernet expansion interface is provided to enable management network connection.On the hardware side,the main control unit,the slave unit and the remote human interaction unit are consistent on the core components in accordance with the modular design principle.In terms of software,in order to facilitate system expansion and maintenance,RTOS is introduced,the software hierarchy is reasonably divided,and system function design is performed on this basis.The local field network introduces the iCAN application layer of standard protocol and adapts to the data synchronization problem of the master unit and the slave unit in the multi-axis expansion system.The modular network driver is transplanted,and the network resource scheduling sub-architecture is designed to realize unified management scheduling of the upper-level fieldbus interface resources.The experimental system platform is built.The experimental control and data analysis of the servo unit,analog unit and network communication unit are carried out to verify the overall control accuracy and reliability of the hardware system and software system.According to the functional requirements,analysis design of interaction parameters and data structure,can manage and use 16 programs,up to 64 press-fit steps of each program,press-fit instructions and settings including target displacement,target angle,running speed press-fit parameters selection of each step.The above system scheme fully considers the application requirements of the network servo for press machine.The standard unified software and hardware platform design,related experimental tests and basic functional analysis implementations have important reference significance.The related application research work has laid the foundation for subsequent engineering and product realization.
