As a new type of clean energy,natural gas has a huge market for demand.Mercury is a heavy metal widely found in natural gas fields.It has strong migration,corrosivity and biological toxicity.It will corrode processing equipment,poison catalysts,endanger human health and pollute the environment during natural gas development and transportation.The most effective protection is to remove mercury from the source from the natural gas.At present,there are few studies on domestic mercury removal agents,industrial mercury removal agents rely heavily on imports,and the cost of mercury removal is high.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a natural gas mercury removal agent with high mercury removal performance,wide application range and low price.This paper first analyzes domestic and foreign natural gas mercury pollution control technologies and various types of mercury removal agents.The low temperature separation method and the chemical adsorption method are the mercury removal technologies mainly used in the natural gas industry at home and abroad.Low-temperature separation can reduce the concentration of mercury,but the ability to remove mercury is limited,and it also causes the spread of mercury pollution,which has gradually been replaced by chemisorption.The chemical adsorption method relies on various mercury removal agents to remove mercury.The sulfur-loaded activated carbon mercury removal agent is prone to capillary condensation,which is greatly affected by the moisture and heavy hydrocarbon content of the feed gas.Silver-loaded activated carbon or molecular sieves have the best mercury removal efficiency and can be reused and reused,but they are expensive.The metal sulfide mercury removal agent has a wide application range,low price,excellent mercury removal performance,less influence by raw material gas,and maximum control of mercury pollution.It is a hot spot for the development of mercury removal agents.The VMGSim software was used to simulate the distribution of mercury and the distribution of mercury in each stream in the cryogenic separation unit,the activated MDEA decarbonization unit and the triethylene glycol dehydration unit in each section of the natural gas purification treatment.Mastering the distribution of mercury can improve the purpose and efficiency of mercury removal.The changes of mercury content in each stream were investigated under different raw material gas mercury concentrations,absorption liquid circulation and concentration,and entering the absorption tower temperature and reboiler temperature.MDEA solution has the best effect on mercury absorption,and triethylene glycol solution has the worst effect on mercury absorption.The impregnation method and the extrusion method were used to explore the synthetic copper sulfide mercury removal agent process.The effects of various impregnation methods on the mercury removal performance of the mercury removal agent were studied.The optimal synthesis parameters were basic copper carbonate solution.The concentration was 15%,the impregnation ratio was 3:1,the calcination temperature was 150°C,and the calcination temperature was 30 ° C.The loading amount of the MS type mercury removal agent prepared was 5.12%,and the mercury content was 892.5 ?g/g.The stripping method prepared a mercury removal agent with a loading of 25% and a mercury content of 1.25 ?g/g.The mercury removal performance of the mercury removal agent prepared by the impregnation method is much higher than that of the mercury removal agent prepared by the extrusion method.By using a fixed bed adsorption device to evaluate the mercury removal performance of MS type mercury removal agent and domestically sold MRCS-1 type mercury removal agent,the MS type mercury removal agent mercury content and the active ingredient copper sulfide have better reactivity than MRCS-1.Natural gas mercury removal agent In practical applications,the moisture removal process can effectively reduce the mercury content in natural gas.Finally,the harmless treatment and mercury recovery process of copper sulfide mercury removal agent waste were studied.The removal of mercury removal agent waste can recover mercury,avoiding waste of resources and secondary pollution.
