As a kind of significant organic compounds, primary amines which can be used as the core raw material for synthesis rubber and dyes, are widely found in many bio-active drugs and natural products molecule.Aniline and benzyl amine are of the utmost significance primary amines. So exploring more cleanly and efficient process to synthesis Aniline and benzyl has attracted extensive interest. This thesis focuses on the continuous hydrogenation of nitrobenzene and benzonitrile catalyzed by nanoporous palladium?PdNPore?in the fixed bed reactor. The continuous hydrogenation of nitrobenzene and benzonitrile catalyzed by nanoporous palladium in the fixed bed reactor has been described in this dissertation. The kind of catalyst, solvent type, the concentration of substrate, the reaction temperature, the H2 pressure, the WHSV and other parameter were investigated. The optimized catalyst for the reduction of nitrobenzene was PdNPore 2 which was prepared from alloy Pd20Al80,the solvent was methanol, the concentration of nitrobenzene was 20 wt%,the reaction temperature was 30oC,the H2 pressure is 0.2 MPa,the ratio of H2/nitrobenzene is 40,and the WHSV is 4.8 h-1.Meanwhile,the optimized catalyst for the reduction of benzonitrile was PdNPore 1 which was prepared from alloy Pd10Al90,the solvent was ethanol, the concentration of benzonitrile was 5wt%,the reaction temperature was 60oC,the H2 pressure is 0.5 MPa,the ratio of H2/nitrobenzene is 124,and the WHSV is 9 h-1.
