Highly Efficient Enantioselective Construction Of Bispiro[benzofuran-oxindole-pyrrolidine]s

Heterocycles play an important role in in the research of medicinal chemistry.Inspired by the paradigm of diversity-oriented synthesis,we have been honestly trying to explore organic transformations with the goal of constructing pharmaceutically interesting scaffolds.This thesis is mainly focused on the synthesis of compounds bearing three heterocyclic moieties-pyrrolidines,benzofurans and oxindoles.Based on our previous reports on CF₃-containing ketamine,we achieved a series of compounds in high optical purity.Chapter one is focused on the background of this thesis,presenting a brief introduction of several heterocycles,the recent reports of substrates applied,and the history of two catalysts.Chapter two is on the practical experiments,and is organized in accordance with synthetic methodology,i.e.model reaction,subtrates scope and mechanisms.In the end,analytical data and spectra have been included.
