A variety of telechelic and semi-telechelic polymers were synthesized.Mesoporous silica materials and mesoporous carbon materials were prepared by using these polymers as porogen.The main contents are as follows:1.Preparation of mesoporous silica materials by using telechelic and semi-telechelic polystyrene homopolymer.A series of semi-telechelic and telechelic polystyrene homopolymers were synthesized by atom radical polymerization(ATRP),nucleophilic substitution,Huisgen cycloaddition reaction,etc.The polystyrene homopolymers were characterized by Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(~1HNMR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FIIR).The functionalized3-ethoxysilane-terminated polystyrene homopolymer was reacted with tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)by sol-gel reaction under the catalysis of hydrochloric acid.Then silica gels were calcined at high temperature to obtain the mesoporous silica materials.Different mesoporous silica materials with different morphologies were obtained by adjusting the different ratio of PS and TEOS and adjusting the molecular weight of PS.The morphologies,properties and structures of the mesoporous materials were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),nitrogen adsorption experiment and small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS).2.Preparation of mesoporous silica materials by using semi-telechelic polymer(POSS-PEO)as porogen.POSS was prepared by the condensation reaction of POSS-trisiloxane with trichlorosilane,then POSS-PEO polymer was obtained by hydrosilylation.The structure of POSS-PEO was characterized by ~1HNMR and FIIR.The self-assembly behavior of POSS-PEO in water was investigated by dynamic light scattering(DLS)and TEM.POSS-PEO was used as porogen and reacted with TEOS by sol-gel reaction under the catalysis of hydrochloric acid.And silica gels were calcined at high temperature to obtain the mesoporous silica materials.The mesoporous silica materials were prepared by adjusting the ratio of POSS-PEO and TEOS.The structures,morphologies and properties of mesoporous silica were characterized by SAXS,TEM and nitrogen adsorption experiment.3.Preparation of mesoporous carbon materials by using semi-telechelic polymer(POSS-PEO)as porogen.First,the POSS-PEO polymer and phenolic resin were blended and cured to prepare the thermosetting phenolic resins.The structures of the thermosetting phenolic resins were characterized by FIIR and SAXS.The thermosetting phenolic resins were calcined at high temperature to obtain the mesoporous carbon materials.The effect of templating agent on the structures and properties of mesoporous carbon were investigated by adjusting the ratio of phenolic resin and POSS-PEO.The morphologies,properties,and structures of the mesporous carbon were characterized by TEM,SAXS,nitrogen adsorption experiment and photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).
