In the past decade years, transition metal catalyzed organic synthesis methodology has developed rapidly and has made a series of major breakthroughs.which has improved the traditional organic synthesis route and promoted the development of medicine, agriculture, drug development, and material manufacturing. In particular,it provides new ideas for the creation and synthesis of new drugs.Researching new synthetic methods can promote the advancement of synthetic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, and accelerate the improvement of human science and technology and the level of life.2H-Pyrrol-2-imine is an important structural motif exhibiting in biologically active compounds and natural products. An efficient rhodium-catalyzed one-pot reaction of one vinyl azide with sequentially with two different isocyanides is reported in this paper, which offers an alternative facile access to3-amino-5-aryl-2H-pyrrol-2-imines bearing various substitution on the nitrogens in good yields. An unstable vinylcarbodiimide is the key intermediate in this cascade reaction. What's more, vinylcarbodiimide, the key intermediate, was synthesized by flow chemical method in this paper.
