Research On The Development Of Green Finance In China From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the construction of ecological civilization has been promoted to a political level,which is an important part of the Party Central Committee’s governance with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China also put forward the concept of modernization and green development to realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.It added beautiful contents to the Party’s basic line and formed Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought.In the overall plan of the reform of the ecological civilization system,China has put forward the establishment of a green financial system,issued guidance on the construction of a green financial system,and formed a relatively perfect policy guidance framework for the green financial system and a top-level design for the development of green finance.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system,build a beautiful China,promote green development and develop green finance.Under the background that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and ecological civilization has entered a new era,the development of green finance in China also has more abundant theoretical connotation and practical content.Green finance is an important component of ecological civilization and has become the consensus of academia.Around the practice of China’s ecological civilization construction since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,guided by Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,and combined with the frontier issues of international and domestic green finance development,the academic circles have made a thorough discussion on how to construct and develop China’s green financial system.Based on the existing research results on ecological civilization and the policies and practices of green finance development in China,this paper analyses the internal relationship between ecological civilization and green finance.Academic circles mainly focus on the research of the boosting effect of green finance development on the construction of ecological civilization,recognizing that the development of green finance is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,and green finance is an important force to promote the construction of ecological civilization.On the basis of this research,this paper lays more emphasis on Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,which is the guidance of the development of green finance.The research framework of green finance development in this paper is based on the relationship and interaction between ecological civilization and green development.Xi Jinping’s idea of ecological civilization is the guidance of green finance development and green finance development can greatly promote the construction of ecological civilization.Then,in the construction of green financial system,the establishment of a coordinated and coordinated green financial development mechanism,and the rational path of green financial development,the corresponding reasonable suggestions are put forward,which has certain practical significance.
