With the development of modern industry,China's coating industry has become an important part of Chinese industry,and the detection of coating properties has received more and more attention.The preparation of paint film is an important part in the performance test of paint.In the paint preparation room,the paint is prepared by the worker holding the air spray gun.This method is inefficient,the quality of the paint film is deviated,and the volatile gas in the spray is also It can cause harm to the human body.With the proposal of China Manufacturing 2025,the traditional artificial paint film preparation has too many drawbacks,which can not meet the actual requirements.In response to this problem,an automated paint film preparation system has been developed in conjunction with industrial robots to solve the problems existing in the current artificial paint film preparation.Based on the process requirements of paint film preparation,this paper aims to research and develop the robot paint film preparation system.It introduces the industrial robot as the center,and designs the special peripheral mechanism and industrial robot to form the robot paint film preparation system.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the current status of artificial paint film preparation,the overall design of the system is carried out.First,the status quo of artificial paint film preparation is analyzed to determine the needs of the project.Then,according to the needs of the project,the overall scheme of the system is designed,including system solution analysis and overall system structure design.Finally,the composition and working principle of the system are introduced in detail,and the design and selection of the main components of the system are completed.(2)Based on the function and control requirements of the automated paint film preparation system,the control system of the industrial robot paint film preparation system is designed.First determine the overall framework of the control system,using the "touch screen equipped with A33 core board monitoring control + STM32 lower machine control" control structure.The hardware of the control system is then designed,including key hardware selection and peripheral circuit design,and the hardware parameters and circuit operation are introduced.Finally,the software design of the control system is completed,the control flow design of the control system is completed,the relevant functional modules and control program design are completed according to the control flow,and the user interface is developed by using QT software.(3)In order to make the thickness of the paint film meet the specified requirements,a flat paint film preparation spray model is established.Firstly,by analyzing the process of artificial paint film preparation to determine the factors affecting the film thickness distribution,an elliptical double ? distribution model suitable for the elliptical sprayed area of this paper was established.Then,the plate static spraying experiment was carried out,and the obtained experimental data was fitted by MATLAB software,and the parameters of the model were solved.Finally,the trajectory planning of small plates and large plates is carried out according to the established paint film thickness distribution model.(4)Whether the test system meets the requirements,prepare the robot paint film preparation program and conduct experimental analysis.First,analyze and compare the characteristics of teaching programming and offline programming,and select offline programming to program.The robotic paint film preparation program was programmed using the RAPID language by setting up an offline programming environment for robotic paint film in RobtStudio software.Then the system is installed and function debugged,the system can run stably,the agencies have no interference,and the system program is normal.Finally,the paint film preparation experiment was carried out.On the surface of the experimental results,the system realized the preparation of the automatic paint film and achieved the expected effect.
