Laminated Copper Master Row is a flexible conductive connector composed of multilayer copper laminated,widely used in electric traction equipment,power switch system and new energy vehicle and other electrical industries,according to the use of the need for blanking and edge cutting and other blanking processing.The blanking quality will be affected between the middle plate and the interlayer when the laminated copper is drained,but there are few researches on the shear separation,plastic deformation and damage fracture of each laminate in the laminated blanking,so it is necessary to study the influence of the lamination blanking forming and the quality.In this paper,the single layer 0.3mm copper mother row is stacked with six layers of blanking,and the factors influencing the quality of plate blanking forming and laminated blanking forming as well as the blanking forming of laminated copper master are studied in depth.Firstly,the research status of sheet blanking,laminated blanking and composite plate blanking at home and abroad is introduced.Then the basic theory of sheet blanking and laminated copper row blanking in the deformation region during forming is analyzed in depth.Secondly,through the ABAQUS finite element software to model the laminated copper master row and carry on the blanking simulation,the influence of the stress,strain,fracture and material properties of the laminated copper master in the blanking forming process on the stacking of the laminated copper mother row is analyzed.Finally,the experimental device of laminated copper master drainage is designed,the experimental scheme is determined,the experimental data are collected,the process of laminated blanking forming and the influence of blanking clearance,copper mother row thickness and material performance hedging quality are studied by means of test,and a new idea to improve the quality of blanking section is discussed.By compared with the blanking forming process of laminated copper master and the blanking forming of sheet metal,it is found that the whole laminated copper master row in the process of laminated copper row blanking is not as whole as the single layer sheet,but the layer is broken,the parent row at the edge of the concave die is the first to break,the middle layer Copper master row is far from the concave die,and finally the material is in the state of tensile-extrusion,After the neck shrinkage is forced to stretch and break in the minimum cross section,the maximum equivalent stress strain of the laminated copper row at the initial stage is produced at the edge of the concave die,and when the top and bottom copper parent row sequence breaks,the middle layer copper mother row is squeezed by the copper mother row of the adjacent layer,and the maximum equivalent stress strain is Finally,it appears in the middle layer copper mother-neck shrinkage section which is far away from the concave and convex die,and the influence of the material properties on the laminated blanking is discussed,and it is found that the mechanical properties of the material have a great influence on whether the convex die can affect the copper master row of each layer.Can obtain better blanking diameter and can reduce burr height.
